Dry Goods Refillery is currently looking for a part-time sales associates to be part of our Montclair shop opening soon! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and identify their needs

  • Explain our products and guide customers through the refill process

  • Re-stock and manage inventory on the sales floor

  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized and merchandised properly throughout the day

  • Taking on more (register, buying, etc.) as you grow in the role

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build rapport with customers in a friendly, approachable way

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, at least 10-15 hours per week

  • Ability to lift/carry up 25lb on a regular basis up and down stairs, occasionally 50lb or more

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to help create regular content is a plus
