No returns or refunds on any food product. Items that are not picked up during the pick up window provided are subject to donation to a local food bank or pantry. Any products can be returned, unopened, within 14 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Only gift boxes are currently eligible for shipping, and we are only able to ship to the lower 48 states within the USA. A flat shipping fee is provided and paid for by the customer at check out. We attempt to ship out items as quickly as possible, and at the fastest possible manner, given the shipping costs paid. Shipments may be sent via UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on rates. We provide tracking for these shipments once they are sent. Dry Goods Refillery does our very best to pack these items as safely as possible for transport, but is not responsible for any damage to the box or its contents, should it occur.
