How do I sign-up? Easy. Once you've completed your transaction at your next visit you'll be asked for your 10 digit phone number to opt-into our Frequent Filler loyalty program. You'll receive an SMS indicating you've been enrolled, the balance of your current FIGS, along with a link to view any applicable rewards.
If I'm shopping online, can I still sign-up for the loyalty program? Absolutely! When making a purchase through our online site, customers can also enroll by simply providing their phone number during the checkout process.
Do I have to download any apps to participate in your Loyalty Program? No. All we need is a phone number associated with your account. However, to be able to view accrued FIGS and earned rewards/activity you'll need to log into the Cash App or receive a digital receipt with your purchase, which will show your FIG balance.
Will I earn the same number of FIGS regardless of how I pay? Yes! You can pay with different credit cards, checks, gift cards or cash, and still earn FIGS towards reward levels by entering the same phone number after each purchase.
How do I redeem a reward? Simply present the coupon code sent to your phone by SMS or we can search for the code using your phone number when you're ready to check-out. If shopping online, simply provide your phone number during checkout to apply any accrued awards.
Do my FIGS expire? Yes! We want you to use those valuable rewards now that you've earned them. FIGS expire 6 months after they are accrued. The first FIGS used for a reward will always be the ones that expire first.
Is there a limit to how much I can redeem for my rewards? When redeeming the 500 FIGS, you will be limited to savings of up to $150 off your total purchase.
